Shipping policy
At THAHAB, we strive to deliver your purchases in excellent condition as seamlessly and quickly as possible. Same day delivery is available for some products for Kuwait residents provided that the orders are placed before 4pm on a business day. Orders will be processed the next business day if placed after 4pm.
Delivery information
We request that you provide accurate addresses and appropriate landmarks for successful delivery to your location. You’re also requested to collect your order and sign for it (or have someone do it for you) after its reception on the designated delivery day.
Deliveries in Kuwait
Some brands and products are available for same-day delivery in Kuwait for orders placed before 4pm (except Fridays and Saturdays). Orders placed after 4pm on business days will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Fridays and Saturdays will be processed the next business day. Shipping is free for orders above 200 KD, and a small shipping fee of 5 KD is applicable for orders that don’t meet the specified order value.
Kindly note that as some items are sourced from our global network of partner brands and boutiques, delivery times may vary and the estimated time of arrival of each item that is based on your location will be mentioned on the product's details page. For more accurate estimates or if you would like to confirm whether the item(s) you are interested in are available for same-day or next day delivery before you place your order, you may contact our concierge service at concierge@thahab.com or +965-97357777.
For a hassle-free delivery, please be present to collect your order on the designated day of delivery. If you fail to receive your order after two delivery attempts, we will cancel the order, deduct appropriate shipping charges and refund the rest to the original source of payment.
International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide in partnership with multiple courier services. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, restricted areas or military bases. Shipping charges will be added to your bag during checkout. You might have to pay taxes and duties during delivery, if customs have been charged in your country.
Import taxes and customs duties are not included in the price and may be charged by your local carrier upon delivery. THAHAB has no control over these fees, which vary by country — please contact your local customs authority for details.
If you refuse delivery and your order is returned to us, you may be charged approximately $100 USD plus the cost of return shipping and duties charges.
Order Tracking
For international orders, you can track your shipment online using your order tracking number (which can be provided by request to concierge@thahab.com using the email registered in the order). You can also track its progress at https://track.thahab.com
Are the items available on the site genuine?
Our products are carefully hand-picked from the best luxury retailers across the globe and our partners guarantee the authenticity of all products. For additional assurance, in some instances, you may receive authenticity certificates from brands along with your purchases.
Insurance
THAHAB takes responsibility of your order up to the time it has been delivered to the mentioned address. After the order is delivered, the responsibility passes on to you or to the recipient to whom the package has been delivered (in case of gifting).
